- eggs - 6 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- bulk sausage - 1 1
- mushrooms - 1/2 c
- onions - 1/4 c
- cheese - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- pie shells - 2 item
How to make quick quiche:
Brown sausage with onions and mushrooms; drain well. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper; add sausage mixture. Pour into pie shells. Bake at 350° until knife comes out clean.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Egg, Lunch/snacks.
