- finely crushed equal parts crackers and cornflakes - 1 item
How to make crispy fried chicken:
Dip raw pieces of chicken into melted margarine, then roll in crumbs. Place in well oiled, 9 x 13-inch baking dish, laying pieces side by side, not crowding. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 350° for an hour or until meat is brown and tender.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Meat.
