Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- diced celery - 1 c
- can mushrooms, drained - 1 item
- cooked rice - 1 c
- diced cooked chicken - 2 c
- small onion, grated - 1 item
- corn flakes, crushed - 1 c
- butter, diced - 3 Tbsp
How to make crispy chicken casserole:
Mix first 8 ingredients together and put in a 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle corn flakes and butter on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
