Tarragon chicken
Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- garlic powder - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- tarragon leaves - 1 item
How to make tarragon chicken:
Mix first 3 ingredients in a 2 cup container. Finish filling with water to 2 cups. Line baking dish with foil. Season skinned chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place chicken in baking dish and pour liquid over chicken. Liberally sprinkle tarragon leaves over chicken. Place in oven and bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Turn chicken, put tarragon leaves on that side and finish baking, around 30 more minutes.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Chicken, Poultry.
