Crisp onion-roasted potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- envelope onion or onion-mushroom soup mix - 1 item
- potatoes, washed and cut into quarters - 2 lb
How to make crisp onion-roasted potatoes:
Preheat oven to 450°. In shallow baking pan, spread potatoes. Mix all ingredients together and pour over potatoes and turn to coat thoroughly. Bake, stirring occasionally, 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Double recipe for 5 pounds potatoes.
