Crisp onion-roasted potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- envelope Lipton onion soup mix - 1 item
- potatoes, cut into quarters - 2 lb
- thyme leaves optional - 1 tsp
How to make crisp onion-roasted potatoes:
In shallow baking pan, thoroughly blend all ingredients, except potatoes. Add potatoes and turn to coat throughly. Bake 40 minutes at 450°, stirring occasionally, or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Side dish, Potato.
