- oil - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- thyme - 1 tsp
- marjoram leaves - 1 tsp
- potatoes, cut into quarters - 2 lb
- envelope Secrets onion mix - 1 item
How to make crisp onion-roasted potatoes:
Preheat oven to 450°. In baking pan, blend all ingredients except potatoes. Add potatoes and turn to coat thoroughly. Bake, stirring potatoes occasionally, 60 minutes or until tender and golden brown. Garnish, if desired, with chopped parsley. Makes 8 servings.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Side dish, Potato.
