Creamy rice pudding



  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk
  • egg whites - 2 item
  • rice uncooked - 1/2 c
  • milk low-fat - 4 c

How to make creamy rice pudding:

Cook first three ingredients until rice is done; stir several times. In separate bowl beat egg whites; add milk and vanilla. Beat again. Add this mixture to cooked rice, stirring slowly as you add. Bring to to a fast boil; turn off. Pour into large bowl. Sprinkle top with cinnamon. Make a day ahead.
