Creamy rice pudding
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk
- egg whites - 2 item
- rice uncooked - 1/2 c
- milk low-fat - 4 c
How to make creamy rice pudding:
Cook first three ingredients until rice is done; stir several times. In separate bowl beat egg whites; add milk and vanilla. Beat again. Add this mixture to cooked rice, stirring slowly as you add. Bring to to a fast boil; turn off. Pour into large bowl. Sprinkle top with cinnamon. Make a day ahead.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, Egg.
