Creamy rice pudding
Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 2 (8
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- eggs, well beaten - 12 item
- lemon extract - 1 Tbsp
- can evaporated milk - 1 item
- cinnamon to taste - 1 item
- regular milk - 1/2 c
- sugar or less
- raw rice, cooked and drained
How to make creamy rice pudding:
Cream sugar and cream cheese together. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Then add milk, vanilla and lemon. Stir in rice and cinnamon. Bake in greased 9 x 13 dish. Bake for 1 hour at 350°. Check after 45 minutes. When knife inserted in center comes out clean, it is done. Rice stays on bottom and the top is like custard and creamy.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, Egg.
