  • sugar - 1/3 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk
  • egg yolks - 2 item
  • melted butter - 1/2 c
  • egg whites - 2 item
  • cornstarch or flour - 2 Tbsp
  • graham crackers - 16 item

How to make graham cracker pie:

Filling:2 c. milk2/3 c. sugar2 Tbsp. cornstarch or flour2 egg yolks1 tsp. vanilla2 egg whites Crust: Roll graham crackers until fine. Add melted butter and cinnamon. Pack firmly into pie plate, leaving some crumbs to sprinkle on top.

Filling: Cook milk, sugar, cornstarch and egg yolks together until thick. Add vanilla. Beat egg whites and place on top of filling after poured into crust. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Bake 15 minutes or until top is brown.
