Creamy potato bake
Ingredients/Components
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- mashed potatoes - 3 c
- slices bacon, cooked and crumbled - 6 item
- small onions, chopped - 3 item
How to make creamy potato bake:
Spread potatoes evenly in lightly greased 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish. Top with sour cream; sprinkle with bacon and onions. Top with cheese. Bake at 300° for 30 minutes. Serve hot. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
