Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- dry white wine - 1/4 c
- 4 x 4-inch slices Swiss cheese - 8 item
- herb seasoned stuffing mix - 1 c
- whole breasts, split, skinned and boned - 4 item
How to make creamy baked chicken breasts:
Arrange chicken in lightly greased 13 x 9-inch dish. Top with cheese slices. Combine soup and wine stirring well. Spoon sauce over chicken and sprinkle with stuffing mix. Drizzle butter over crumbs. Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Chicken breast.
