Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise to moisten - 1 item
- bell pepper, chopped - 1/4 item
- ribs celery, chopped - 2 item
- small purple onion - 1 item
- frying chicken - 3 4
- red sweet pepper, chopped - 1/4 item
- large apple, chopped - 1 item
- or 4 shakes garlic powder - 3 item
- to 4 shakes seasoning salt - 3 item
How to make chicken salad:
Clean and wash the chicken and put into either a crock-pot or a roaster pan. Cook on high if using a crock-pot, 300° if baking in oven. Cool and chop into medium size pieces. Add rest of ingredients.Serve on a bed of lettuce. Garnish with tomatoes and olives.
To Use As A Sandwich Spread: Dice and chop the vegetables and apple very fine, shred or finely dice the chicken and add enough mayonnaise to spread easily on bread.
