- apricot jam - 1 c
- Lipton dry onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- French salad dressing or Dorothy Lynch if you can find that label - 1 c
How to make apricot chicken:
Dip chicken pieces in mixture of salad dressing, jam and onion soup mix. Pour leftover mixture over chicken pieces and bake uncovered at 275° for 2 hours.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Chicken breast.
