Creamy baked chicken
Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- 4 x 4-inch slices Swiss cheese - 8 item
- white wine or apple juice - 1/4 c
- boneless, skinned chicken breast halves - 8 item
- herb flavored stuffing
How to make creamy baked chicken:
Grease bottom of a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish. Place chicken in pan and put slices of cheese on top. Combine soup and wine or juice. Add to chicken. Sprinkle stuffing over all. Drizzle 1/4 cup melted butter on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, uncovered.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
