Chicken enchiladas
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- shredded, cooked chicken - 3 c
- flour tortillas large - 15 item
- large jar prepared salsa - 1 item
How to make chicken enchiladas:
Combine chicken with sour cream, grated cheese and salt. Fill tortillas with chicken mixture; roll up and arrange side by side, seam side down, in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish. Pour salsa over enchiladas, covering each one completely. Bake at 250° until heated through, about 20 minutes. Makes 15 enchiladas.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
