Ingredients/Components

  • boneless chicken breast - 3 lb
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp
  • black pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • cayenne - 1/4 tsp
  • oil - 1/8 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • flour - 2 tsp
  • chicken broth - 1/3 c

How to make creamy baked chicken:

Preheat oven to 375°. Sprinkle chicken with salt, peppers and paprika. Brown chicken in oil and place in baking dish. Add soup and flour; gradually add broth. Mix well and pour over chicken. Cover and bake 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 8.
