Cream of broccoli soup
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- small onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- small bunch broccoli, cooked and pureed - 1 item
How to make cream of broccoli soup:
Saute onion in butter. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Stir in broccoli. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually stir in milk. Heat until it bubbles and thickens.Can be used for cauliflower or asparagus.
