Ingredients/Components
- shredded cabbage - 1/2 c
- sliced carrots - 1/3 c
- sliced celery - 3/4 c
- tomatoes - 1 c
- green beans - 3/4 c
- can mushroom pieces - 1 item
- seasonings to taste - 1 item
- stock or beef bouillon - 1 qt
How to make vegetable soup:
Bring stock to a boil. Add vegetables. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or more if you like tender vegetables.This soup is considered a zero soup and can actually be treated as free food on your exchange list.
