- milk - 3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- stalk celery, chopped - 1 item
- dash of nutmeg - 1 item
- undrained corn
How to make cream of corn soup:
In saucepan cook onion and celery until tender in butter. Stir in flour and mustard. Add milk and corn, then other ingredients. Cook until boiling, stirring constantly. Simmer 5 minutes.Recipe categories: Corn, Soups & stews, Bisques/cream soups.
