  • milk - 3 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • stalk celery, chopped - 1 item
  • dash of nutmeg - 1 item
  • undrained corn

How to make cream of corn soup:

In saucepan cook onion and celery until tender in butter. Stir in flour and mustard. Add milk and corn, then other ingredients. Cook until boiling, stirring constantly. Simmer 5 minutes.
