- salt - 1 item
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- light cream - 1 c
- pepper - 1 item
- diced onion - 1/3 c
- diced celery - 1/3 c
- white wine - 1/3 c
- thyme - 1 item
- chicken stock - 3 c
- broccoli flowers - 1 c
- diced leek - 1/3 c
How to make cream of broccoli soup:
Melt butter, saute vegetables for about 5 minutes. Blend in flour; add stock. Bring to boil and simmer 25 minutes. Put mixture in food processor and put back in pot. Heat gently adding cream.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Bisques/cream soups, Broccoli.
