Cheddar chowder



Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt
- flour - 1/4 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- water - 2 c
- Velveeta cheese - 1 1
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- diced onion - 1/4 c
- diced celery - 1/2 c
- diced ham - 1 c
- diced carrots - 1/2 c
- diced potatoes - 2 c
How to make cheddar chowder:
Cook first 6 ingredients until tender. Do not drain off water. Make a white sauce from next 6 ingredients. Add to first ingredients. Serve hot. Yields 6 cups.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Chowders, Super bowl.
