Crawfish pie
Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- chopped onions - 1 c
- small can evaporated milk - 1 item
- celery - 1/4 c
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- crawfish - 1 lb
- pie shells - 2 item
- cornstarch if needed - 1 Tbsp
How to make crawfish pie:
Saute seasoning in margarine. Add milk, soup and crawfish. Simmer 20 minutes. Add cornstarch, if needed for thickening. Pour in pie shell. Place other shell on top. Press edges together. Bake at 350° until brown.Note: May use small individual pie shells for open-face pies.
