Ingredients/Components
- milk
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- water
- 9-inch pie shells - 2 item
- dried thyme, crushed - 1/2 tsp
- parsley - 3 Tbsp
- large chopped onion - 1 item
- crawfish, peeled and cleaned crabmeat or shrimp can be substituted for crawfish - 2 lb
How to make crawfish pie:
Mix all together. Then add it to shells. Bake in oven at 375° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crawfish.
