Ingredients/Components

  • milk
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • water
  • 9-inch pie shells - 2 item
  • dried thyme, crushed - 1/2 tsp
  • parsley - 3 Tbsp
  • large chopped onion - 1 item
  • crawfish, peeled and cleaned crabmeat or shrimp can be substituted for crawfish - 2 lb

How to make crawfish pie:

Mix all together. Then add it to shells. Bake in oven at 375° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
