Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- medium onion - 1 item
- white wine - 4 5
- bell pepper - 1/2 item
- can golden cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- crawfish, chopped - 1 lb
How to make crawfish pie:
Simmer 10 minutes. Chop the crawfish and mix with seasoning. Simmer 15 minutes. Bake one pie shell until light brown. Pour mix in pie shell. Cover with other shell. Brush top of shell with melted butter. Bake until golden brown. Freezes good!Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crawfish.
