Ingredients/Components

  • cooking oil - 2 Tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • catsup - 1 Tbsp
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • medium onion - 1 item
  • bell pepper - 1/2 c
  • elbow macaroni - 5 oz
  • Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • can mushroom soup - 1 item
  • 2 can tomatoes

How to make ground beef casserole:

Saute beef and drain. Add all other ingredients except macaroni. Bring to a good boil. Simmer for 30 to 40 minutes. Add cooked macaroni. Let stand until cool. Add cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
