  • cans cream of celery soup - 2 item
  • bell pepper, cut fine - 1 item
  • stalk celery, cut fine - 1 item
  • onion, cut fine - 1 item
  • stalks shallots, cut fine - 2 item

How to make crawfish etouffee:

Saute seasonings (onions, bell peppers, shallots and celery) in butter. Add soup and stir until creamy. Add 1 pound crawfish tails. Cook on medium to low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
