- stick butter - 1 item
- crawfish tails - 1 lb
- cans cream of celery soup - 2 item
- bell pepper, cut fine - 1 item
- stalk celery, cut fine - 1 item
- onion, cut fine - 1 item
- stalks shallots, cut fine - 2 item
How to make crawfish etouffee:
Saute seasonings (onions, bell peppers, shallots and celery) in butter. Add soup and stir until creamy. Add 1 pound crawfish tails. Cook on medium to low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crawfish.
