Shrimp creole
Ingredients/Components
- cooking oil - 2 Tbsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- can tomato soup - 1 1/2
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- Tabasco sauce - 1 tsp
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- stalks celery, chopped - 6 item
- 303 can tomatoes
- deveined shrimp, peeled - 1 lb
How to make shrimp creole:
Cook, clean and devein shrimp. Cook celery, pepper, onion and garlic in cooking oil until tender. Add all other ingredients except shrimp and simmer 45 minutes. Add shrimp and simmer for 15 minutes longer. Serve over rice. Yields 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Shrimp.
