  • sticks oleo - 2 item
  • paprika - 2 Tbsp
  • chicken broth - 1 c
  • medium onions - 2 item
  • pinch of thyme - 1 item
  • cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
  • salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste - 1 item
  • crawfish - 2 lb

How to make crawfish etouffee:

Melt butter. Saute onions and crawfish. Add remaining ingredients; simmer for about 30 minutes. Serve over hot rice or fettucine noodles.
