Ingredients/Components
- sticks oleo - 2 item
- paprika - 2 Tbsp
- chicken broth - 1 c
- medium onions - 2 item
- pinch of thyme - 1 item
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste - 1 item
- crawfish - 2 lb
How to make crawfish etouffee:
Melt butter. Saute onions and crawfish. Add remaining ingredients; simmer for about 30 minutes. Serve over hot rice or fettucine noodles.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crawfish.
