Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/3 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- cornmeal - 1/4 c
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- margarine, melted - 3 Tbsp
- dill weed - 1/4 tsp
- fine, dry breadcrumbs - 1/4 c
- lemon wedges for garnish - 1 item
- fish fillets, cut in 1-inch strips - 1 lb
How to make oven fried fish:
Combine first 6 ingredients in a shallow dish. Dip fish in milk and dredge in cornmeal mixture. Place in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and drizzle with margarine. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.Recipe categories: Main dish, Fish, Seafood.
