Chicken tetrazzini
Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2/3 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- lemon juice - 3 tsp
- paprika - 1 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- chicken broth - 4 c
- cooked spaghetti - 8 oz
- canned mushrooms - 8 oz
- cooked, diced chicken breasts - 3 c
How to make chicken tetrazzini:
Sauce: Heat butter, mushrooms and lemon juice. Add flour, salt, paprika and nutmeg. Mix well. Add chicken broth and half and half. Stir and bring to boil until mixture thickens. Layer in a 9 x 13-inch pan:*BLKLIN

Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
