Cranberry gelatin salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- water
- cranberries - 2 c
- crushed pineapple - 1/2 c
- box cherry gelatin - 1 oz
- nut meats, chopped - 1/2 c
- large grapes, seeded and halved - 1/2 c
How to make cranberry gelatin salad:
Cook cranberries in water (may use part pineapple juice) until skins burst. Add sugar; cook 5 minutes. Put gelatin in a bowl. Pour cranberries over; stir until it is dissolved. Let cool, then add rest of ingredients. Put in mold and chill. You can freeze this after made.Recipe categories: Desserts, Lunch/snacks, Gelatin.
