Sour cream chocolate cake

Ingredients/Components

• Gold Medal flour - 2 c
• sugar - 2 c
• water - 1 c
• dairy sour cream - 3/4 c
• shortening - 1/4 c
• soda
• salt - 1 tsp
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• baking powder - 1/2 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• melted unsweetened chocolate - 4 oz

How to make sour cream chocolate cake:

Measure all ingredients into large bowl, mix 1/2 minute on low speed, scraping sides of bowl constantly. Beat 3 more minutes on high speed. Pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or 2 (9-inch) round pans. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
