Sour cream chocolate cake



Ingredients/Components
- Gold Medal flour - 2 c
- sugar - 2 c
- water - 1 c
- dairy sour cream - 3/4 c
- shortening - 1/4 c
- soda
- salt - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- melted unsweetened chocolate - 4 oz
How to make sour cream chocolate cake:
Measure all ingredients into large bowl, mix 1/2 minute on low speed, scraping sides of bowl constantly. Beat 3 more minutes on high speed. Pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or 2 (9-inch) round pans. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Low sodium.
