  • sugar
  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 2 Tbsp
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • diced rhubarb - 3 c
  • few grains salt - 1 item

How to make rhubarb custard pie:

Wash and dice unpeeled rhubarb and mix with sugar, flour, salt and nutmeg. Beat eggs slightly, add milk. Combine with rhubarb mixture. Place in pie shell and dot with butter. Bake at 400° for 50 minutes. Make one single crust 9-inch pie pan.
