  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour - 1 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • water - 1 c
  • Filling: vanilla or chocolate instant pudding

How to make cream puffs:

Filling: vanilla or chocolate instant pudding Preheat oven to 425°. Combine water, butter, salt and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add flour all at once. Stir until mixture leaves the sides of the pan and forms a ball around spoon. Cool slightly; add eggs and beat until smooth and glossy. Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 425° for 8 minutes. Then reduce heat to 350° for 15 minutes.

Fill with 1 tablespoon instant pudding. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
