Ingredients/Components

  • 9 3/8-inch Pie Crust - 2 item
  • Pound crab meat - 1 item
  • Cup maynonaise - 1 item
  • Tablespoons flour - 4 item
  • Beaten eggs - 2 item
  • Cup milk - 1 item
  • grated Swiss cheese - 12 16
  • Pack green onions, chopped - 1 item
  • Fresh Parsley, chopped - 1 item
  • Salt, pepper and cayenne to taste - 1 item

How to make crabmeat quiche:

Mix ingredients well and pour in two pie shells (Mrs. Smith's is a good brand).

Bake 45 minutes at 325 to 350 - check to see if crust is getting too brown, if so, turn the oven on low.

This can be frozen and then baked when you are ready to serve it.
