Crabmeat au gratin
Ingredients/Components
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- hard-cooked eggs, chopped - 4 item
- onions, chopped - 2 Tbsp
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 c
- slivered almonds - 1/3 c
- celery, chopped - 4 c
- buttered bread crumbs - 1 item
- can cream of shrimp soup - 1 item
- pimentos, chopped - 2 item
- can milk use soup can - 1/2 item
- faux crabmeat - 1 lb
How to make crabmeat au gratin:
Mix everything together, except cheese and crumbs, in casserole. Top with cheese, then with bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crab.
