Ingredients/Components

  • shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • hard-cooked eggs, chopped - 4 item
  • onions, chopped - 2 Tbsp
  • green pepper, chopped - 1/2 c
  • slivered almonds - 1/3 c
  • celery, chopped - 4 c
  • buttered bread crumbs - 1 item
  • can cream of shrimp soup - 1 item
  • pimentos, chopped - 2 item
  • can milk use soup can - 1/2 item
  • faux crabmeat - 1 lb

How to make crabmeat au gratin:

Mix everything together, except cheese and crumbs, in casserole. Top with cheese, then with bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
