Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- sliced green onions - 1/3 c
- shredded Swiss cheese - 8 oz
- mayo - 1/2 c
- 9-inch frozen pie shell
- drained, flaked crabmeat
How to make crab quiche:
Combine mayo, flour, eggs and milk until well blended. Stir in onions and crabmeat. Add cheese. Pour into shell. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Shellfish, Crab.
