Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/2 c
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • beaten eggs - 2 item
  • sliced green onions - 1/3 c
  • shredded Swiss cheese - 8 oz
  • mayo - 1/2 c
  • 9-inch frozen pie shell
  • drained, flaked crabmeat

How to make crab quiche:

Combine mayo, flour, eggs and milk until well blended. Stir in onions and crabmeat. Add cheese. Pour into shell. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
