Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 2 tsp
- dry mustard - 2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- catsup - 14 oz
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can tomato paste - 1 item
- large can mushrooms - 1 item
- beef and onion as desired - 2 lb
- tomato juice if too thick - 1 item
How to make barbecue:
Brown beef and onion together. Mix all together and cook on low heat in slow cooker for 2 to 3 hours for best flavor.Serve hot on buns or bread. This makes enough to serve a large crowd.
