Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 tsp
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- green onions, sliced - 1/3 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- 9-inch frozen pie shell - 1 item
- fresh crabmeat or shrimp or 1 7 1/2 oz - 1/2 lb
How to make crabmeat quiche:
Thaw pie shell. Blend together first 4 ingredients; add crabmeat, cheese and onions and mix thoroughly. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Main dish, Savory pies.
