Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- oil - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 3/4 tsp
- parsley, finely chopped - 2 3
- Worcestershire - 1/4 tsp
- green pepper, finely chopped - 1/8 item
- mayo - 5 Tbsp
- drops Tabasco - 3 item
- cans crab meat or 1 lb - 3 oz
- 1/2 slices bread, crusts removed and finely diced - 4 item
How to make crab cakes:
