  • butter - 1/4 c
  • oil - 1/4 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • dry mustard - 3/4 tsp
  • parsley, finely chopped - 2 3
  • Worcestershire - 1/4 tsp
  • green pepper, finely chopped - 1/8 item
  • mayo - 5 Tbsp
  • drops Tabasco - 3 item
  • cans crab meat or 1 lb - 3 oz
  • 1/2 slices bread, crusts removed and finely diced - 4 item

How to make crab cakes:

Beat egg lightly and add mayo, mustard, salt, Tabasco, Worcestershire and lemon juice. In another bowl, lightly combine crab meat, bread, green pepper and parsley. Pour sauce over crab meat mixture and lightly toss. Form into cakes (squeeze extra moist
