Crab au gratin
Ingredients/Components
- sherry - 1 Tbsp
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 1/2 c
- can crabmeat - 1 item
- white bread - 1 item
How to make crab au gratin:
Toast one side only of white bread slices, butter the untoasted sides and spread with crabmeat. Sprinkle crabmeat thickly with grated cheese and broil until cheese is melted. A moment before removing from broiler; pour on sherry. Serve at once.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crab.
