Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1/2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- finely chopped onions - 3 Tbsp
- assorted crackers - 1 item
- can broken shrimp, rinsed and drained - 1 1/2
How to make shrimp butter:
In small mixer bowl, combine butter and cream cheese. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until light and fluffy, 2 to 3 minutes. Add onion, shrimp and lemon juice; continue beating until well mixed, 1 to 2 minutes. Serve with crackers. Store in refrigerator.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Shrimp.
