Ingredients/Components

  • crab meat - 1 lb
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • parsley - 1 Tbsp
  • celery, chopped fine - 2 Tbsp
  • sprinkle of pepper - 1 item
  • Old Bay seafood seasoning - 1 tsp
  • bread crumbs or cracker crumbs - 1 item

How to make crab cakes:

Mix all together with enough crumbs to hold together. Shape into patties. Roll in extra crumbs and deep fry (moderate temperature) until light brown.
