Ingredients/Components
- crab meat - 1 lb
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- celery, chopped fine - 2 Tbsp
- sprinkle of pepper - 1 item
- Old Bay seafood seasoning - 1 tsp
- bread crumbs or cracker crumbs - 1 item
How to make crab cakes:
Mix all together with enough crumbs to hold together. Shape into patties. Roll in extra crumbs and deep fry (moderate temperature) until light brown.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crab.
