- boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 1 lb
- envelope Lipton recipe secrets savory herb and garlic soup mix - 1 item
- water - 1 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- lemon slices - 4 item
How to make country french chicken:
In a large skillet, melt butter and brown chicken on both sides. Stir in soup mix, blended with water and juice. Arrange 1 lemon slice on each piece of chicken. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened and chicken is done. Serve over rice. Low-fat!
