Ingredients/Components
- butter - 3/4 tsp
- lemon juice - 1/8 c
- chicken cutlets - 8 oz
- dry white vermouth - 1/8 c
- dill sprigs - 1 item
How to make chicken piccata:
Rinse and pat dry chicken. Melt butter in medium skillet. Saute chicken 2 to 3 minutes each side. Add vermouth and half lemon juice. Cover and raise heat to high for 2 minutes.
