Ingredients/Components

  • buttermilk - 1 c
  • stick butter, melted - 1 item
  • self-rising flour
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 item
  • chicken stock - 1 c
  • chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken, cooked - 4 item

How to make chicken pie:

Topping:1 c. self-rising flour1 stick butter, melted1 c. buttermilk Chop chicken. Add stock, celery soup and chicken soup. Mix thoroughly. Pour into large casserole dish. Mix topping ingredients together. Drop by spoonfuls into casserole. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
