Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 3/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- plain flour - 1 Tbsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- cooked chicken - 2 c
- small diced onion - 1 item
- cooked potatoes - 2 c
How to make creamy chicken hash:
Cube potatoes and chicken. In skillet melt margarine; cook onions tender. Stir in flour and salt. Stir in half and half, stirring until thick. Stir in potatoes and chicken. Cover and cook until warm.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, One Dish meal.
