Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- coconut - 1 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- grated carrots - 2 c
- eggs, well beaten - 3 item
- Wesson oil
- crushed pineapple, drained - 1 c
How to make country carrot cake:
Mix eggs, sugar, flour, oil, soda and spices well. Fold in carrots, nuts, coconut and pineapple. Bake in a 10 x 15-inch pan at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.Frost with Country Carrot Cake Frosting.
