- eggs - 3 item
- oil
- flour - 3 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- grated carrots - 2 c
- small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- coconut - 1 c
- chopped nuts - 1 c
How to make carrot cake:
Cream sugar and eggs; add remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly and pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 300° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
